This comprehensive presentation teaches you how to choose a healthcare agent, make informed decisions, and ensure your preferences are honored across the lifespan. Planning ahead is a gift—to yourself and your loved ones. Crystal Scheer, Qualified Advance Directive Facilitator, will lead two identical sessions at 12:30pm and 5:30pm in Room 174. A meal will be served at each session.
