FREE Compress & Shock Training - Williamsburg

Learn CPR and how to use an AED machine in this FREE one hour course located at the Williamsburg Stryker Center! Training lasts roughly an hour, with 20 minutes of lecture-based education and 40 minutes of hands-on practice. The courses are open to anyone in the community 13+.

This is a life-saving skill that can be used in the event of a heart attack or drowning!
