Join us for a gentle chair yoga session each Wednesday at 11 AM.

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced while seated or using a chair for support. It modifies traditional yoga poses to make them accessible for individuals with limited mobility, health issues, or those who prefer a seated practice. Key characteristics include an emphasis on breathing, alignment, and mindfulness, making it suitable for a wide range of fitness levels. Chair yoga can be beneficial for improving flexibility, strength, and relaxation.

Chairs, blocks and yoga mats are provided.
$15 per session.
