This class is designed to help you explore balance, both on the mat and in your daily life. Through slow, intentional movement and breathwork, you’ll build stability, improve coordination, and reconnect with your body’s natural ability to find equilibrium.

Bring a mat (if you have one), a water bottle, and a willingness to wobble. No experience necessary. We’re all just practicing.
