6:30 am - 9 am Breakfast buffet at Fred Harvey Restaurant
9 am - Get ready to board the train
9:15 am - Train departs from Williams to the Grand Canyon
11:45 am - Train arrives at the Grand Canyon
11:45 am to 3 pm - Grand Rim Tour and lunch
3:00 pm - Get ready to board the train
3:15 pm - Train departs for Williams
5:45 pm - Train arrives in Williams
6 pm to 9 pm - Dinner at Fred Harvey Restaurant
Sunday, Oct 12th

Experience the luxury of a bygone era at the newly refurbished Grand Canyon Railway Hotel. Located next to the historic Williams Depot this beautiful hotel has complimentary guest wi-fi, free parking, electric vehicle charging stations, and no resort fees. Pub with a 19th century hand-crafted bar, Indoor pool, hot tub and fitness center. 2 blocks to downtown Williams and the famous Route 66.
Pricing includes your hotel room stay for 2 nights in a standard 2 Queen room, meals on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday, train charter to and from the Grand Canyon aboard the Santa Fe railcar (with 20 paid attendees), National Parks entrance fee and tour of the Grand Canyon South Rim, and all gratuities. We will be hosting a book club style talk on our chosen book, a meet and greet before dinner on Friday night, and a Book Babes swag bag!
Based on double occupancy, the cost per person is $1125
*Should we not have a minimum of 20 guests, we will downgrade the train car from the Santa Fe to the luxury dome/parlor class and the total price will be $950 per person
Deposit of $550 due at time of booking, unless booked on or after 9/5/25. Remainder balance due on 9/5/25.
