Pickleball Injury Prevention Workshop

Join Jaymie for this in-house active workshop specially designed for pickleball and racquet sport players! This 1.5 hour workshop will focus on good technique and posture during the game, touch on ways to prevent injury and optimize movement and will take you through a proper warm-up and cool-down for get limber and stay play longer. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned player, this workshop will help you stay injury-free and optimize movement on the court!
