At our farm, you can pick your own from our fields bursting with large and meaty green chilies or choose from already picked. Trust us, you won't be disappointed! When you purchase any 50 pound burlap sack of green chilies, we'll roast them for you for free right in front of your eyes in our roaster! The aroma alone will make your taste buds dance with joy.
To help you find your perfect spice level, we invite you to sample each flavor of our chilies - mild, medium, and hot. And once you've found your favorite, take home a quart size of already roasted green chilies, bursting with flavor and ready to add a kick to any dish.
