Flow Fest Seattle (formerly Northwest Flow Fest) is back for its 8th year with a fresh name and a new theme for 2025: Whimsy!

Join us on Saturday, June 14th for a full day of Workshops, Performances, Vendors, and more! The weekend will kick off with a Community Fire Jam at Volunteer Park on Friday, and we'll sign off in style with a full day flow jam and games on Sunday, June 15.
Expect playful shenanigans, opportunities for learning, and magical vibes.

All Flow Fests events are free to attend, but a workshop pass gets you access to everything we have to offer!
You can expect 30+ workshops in yoga, dance, circus and flow arts.. Instructors and full workshop schedule will be announced in April.
