Free Intermediate Rhumba Dance Classes at Everglades Regional Recreation Center:
Starting this Wednesday, December 10th, and the following Wednesday, December 17th, we’ll be teaching Intermediate Rhumba. This will not be a beginner class. This class is for students who already know the basic Rhumba step and would like to add more steps to their Rhumba dancing.
Because of the holidays, we will not be having class on December 24th and 31st.
Our dance classes are held Wednesdays, from 11 am to noon, at the Everglades Regional Recreation Center. The Villages will require to see your Villages ID; therefore, please arrive a little early to do this so we can start the class at 11.
Partners are preferred, but not required. We try to encourage rotating among our singles, but please understand that if you come without a partner there is no guarantee you will have a partner to dance with.
Our lessons are free, there are no fees involved to participate.
No pre-registration is needed. Just come and have fun!
The class will be limited to 120 participants.
The doors open at 10:30 and we will play practice music between 10:30 and 11.
