Join us for a playful and grounding yoga workshop designed for partners of all kinds—friends, couples, family, etc. who want to deepen both their flexibility and their bond. Led by the effervescent Kiele Abraham, you’ll learn how to safely assist each other in deeper stretches, explore gentle partner-supported poses, and engage in exercises that foster trust, communication, and relaxation.
In addition to enhancing your physical practice, Partnered Poses emphasizes the importance of emotional and social bonds through shared movement and mindfulness. Participants will engage in activities that encourage collaboration and support, helping to break down barriers and foster a sense of community. By the end of our time together, you'll not only have improved flexibility and strength but also a deeper appreciation for the unique dynamics of your relationship, equipped with tools to continue nurturing your mutual support beyond the mat.
No yoga experience is necessary! Bring an open mind, comfortable clothes, and a willingness to move, laugh, and connect.
