In this purely experiential class, you’ll process, express and release your anger through intentional movements and your voice. Whether it’s through a primal scream or rhythmic movement, you’ll find empowerment in expressing what often gets bottled up. Join us to reclaim your anger and discover the strength that lies within!

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, and water. the rest will be provided.
