Nordic Walking at Haigh Country park

Are you wondering what Nordic walking is? 🧑‍🦯🚶
It's a unique way of walking with poles which provides a full body workout. Here is your chance to try it 😊

We are a warm, welcoming bunch including people who have experienced breast cancer and friends from all walks of life. Nordic walking is gentle, uplifting, and a great way to connect.

No experience needed, just comfy shoes and a smile. Poles provided, message me so I can bring a pair for you.
Toilets and cafe half way, so we can stop for a cuppa.

📍Meet at the end of Hall Lane, Wigan, WN1 2SG, there is plenty of free parking alongside the road
