What to expect:
During the ceremony, there will be a heart opening ritual with cacao to awaken the presence and connection, meditation and guided journalling. The ceremony will conclude with a deeply restorative and balancing sound journey.
Facilitated by Val Travis - an experienced Facilitator, Reiki Master and Sound Practitioner.
