What is Conscious Dance?
Conscious Dance is mindful, unchoreographed ecstatic movement for self-expression, healing, and connection. We will focus on being present rather than performing. There are no right or wrong moves, welcoming all emotions (stress, joy, sadness) through embodied awareness.

What to expect
A safe, non-judgemental and respectful space. No drugs or alcohol. No phones or cameras.
Arrival at 7pm (no late entry)
Welcoming Circle
Kundalini energy activation and meditation (to warm up, connect to our body and prepare for a transformative experience)
Conscious Dance (approx 1 hour)
Closing Circle (opportunity to share your experience and hear from others)
Ends at 9pm
Who is it for?
Anyone who feels drawn to attend will be welcomed. Suitable for absolute beginners as well as those who like to dance regularly.
Tickets
We have a sliding scale of ticket prices;
*£20 tickets include a £5.00 donation to The Land (this supports the maintenance of The Land and helps the community access nature and our events)
*£15 general admission
*£10 concession for low or unwaged
