Fatamish wurden 2014 in Bruneck aus dem Bedürfnis heraus geboren, Unstimmigkeiten und Kritik an der Gesellschaft auszudrücken, wenn auch auf ironische Art und Weise. Ihr Stil ist rau, ohne Schnickschnack, eine Musik sicherlich nicht für jedermann, sie schätzen Klänge typisch für Punk und Metalcore, zu denen die des Hardcore gemischt werden, in denen die Stimme von Frontmann Sebi ist der Meister. Fatamish schreit hauptsächlich auf Englisch, aber auch auf Deutsch und Italienisch, um den Zuhörer auf den ethnisch-sprachlichen Kontext aufmerksam zu machen, dem sie angehören.
