Wellness Retreat Day

Join us for a Wellness Retreat Day. Teas to start followed by Yoga, and Zen meditation. Break for a buffet lunch, followed by an Aromatherapy workshop, finishing with an amazing sound bath.

What to expect

10am Tea on arrival
10.30-11.30am Yoga
11.45-12.30pm Zen meditation Workshop - Introduction to Zen meditation for health and wellbeing.
12.30-1.30pm Vegetarian Buffet Lunch
1.30-2.30pm Aromatherapy workshop with nataromavie - Discover the magic of essential oils to support your emotional well-being and mental health and experience the aroma of pure, organic essential oils to help regain balance.
2.30-3pm Tea break
3.00-4pm Sound bath with Imbue sound healing - Let vibration and frequency move through you to rebalance and recalibrate your mind, body and spirit.
4pm Finish
