Tracked Classes! We will have a beginner (no balboa experience) and beginner plus (some balboa experience) class occurring simultaneously during these sessions. We recommend beginner plus dancers be able to perform up hold AND down hold basics. Dancers will be able to self select their tracks, be aware some of the material may be similar between tracks, but presented appropriately for the student level.
Katie's Pun-Free Connection Class
Join us as we dive into the heart of Balboa through one of its most important elements: connection. We'll strengthen how we connect within the partnership, and then explore movement, both in place and around the floor. Whether you're getting a hold on your up hold or you're a seasoned shuffler, this class has something for everyone.
Out (and In) of My Mind (All Levels)
It's time to get familiar with a simple yet versatile part of bal-swing: Out and Ins! This movement is a gateway to a plethora of dancing fit for one and all. Come join us to meet a new dance pattern for the first time or get reacquainted with an old friend.
