Stroll N’ Sculpt

Stroll n Sculpt is a dynamic, full-body fitness class designed for moms (with or without strollers) and anyone looking to get an effective strength and cardio workout in a fun, supportive environment. Whether you’re pushing a stroller or coming solo, this class combines power walking or light jogging intervals with bodyweight and resistance exercises to sculpt, tone, and boost endurance.

Expect a blend of strength training, core work, and heart-pumping cardio moves, all tailored to various fitness levels. It’s perfect for postpartum parents easing back into fitness, as well as individuals wanting an energizing outdoor (or indoor) workout that builds community and confidence. No stroller? No problem — everyone is welcome!

Class will begin at the Bradley Fair plaza fountain.
