STEPHEN WOLFE IS TOO METAL FOR CANCER!!! Friday 5/16 & Saturday 5/17

I have emerged from the great cancer war with absolute and total victory! And as promised, here is the “Too Metal For Cancer” party I promised. It’s two nights, because most of us in the first responder/emergency medicine community need options…and of course I need to make sure both A-shift and C-shift have a night free from work to go. Don’t work either night? GOOD! You can come to both! We have the whole upstairs of The Rusty Nail to party in and some outstanding bartenders making it LIT!

Saturday night is even more special…Jenny Jack, a very loved member of the art and entertainment community in Wichita who also beat some wicked cancer, will join this celebration! Together will be raising the roof like we raised cancer’s blood pressure when it tried to mess with us. We can’t wait to celebrate and thank everyone who had our backs while we went through the hell.

Since it’s a “Too Metal For Cancer” party, the dress code is metal. Dress metal, with bonus points for overdoing it. I will have a playlist of my favorite metal music playing. We’ll go from 8pm to close both nights.

I waited three months for my follow-up exam and wondered if the moment had passed, but you all told me you still wanted it so here it is! Let’s get LIT!
