From the first whispers of perimenopause to the full glory of post-menopause, this is the unfiltered, no-apologies conversation you’ve been waiting for.
Join our panel of bold women to discuss hot flashes, hormone shifts, and the freedom of caring less about others' opinions. We’ll bust myths, share survival tips, and celebrate the confidence and zero-f*cks energy of this life stage. Whether you’re there, almost there, or just curious, you’ll leave informed, inspired, and totally in on the joke.

We are meeting at Flying Pig Improv at 2320 E. Douglas Ave. from 6 to 8 PM.

Panelists:
Lil Glamben, M.Ed. is the founder of Turn on Your Menopausal Superpowers!™, a signature seven-week program built around seven “superpowers” and seven secrets to help women activate them.
With more than 30 years of experience in behavioral health consulting, academia, philanthropy, and women’s empowerment, Lil brings both depth and breadth to her work. She is a proud graduate of Mount Holyoke College, one of the nation’s oldest women’s colleges.
Officially “menopaused” for over a decade, Lil reflects on her journey—once marked by the exhausting game of menopausal symptom management “Whack-A-Mole”—as one of the most profound and transformative experiences of her life.
Inspired by Margaret Mead’s words, “The greatest power in the world is the zest of a post-menopausal woman,” Lil has made it her mission to reshape the conversation around menopause. She helps women reframe their beliefs, expand their options, and embrace this stage of life as a time to realize their deepest needs, dreams, and destinies—while fully experiencing that post-menopausal zest.
