Take a midday break that nourishes more than just your body. 💛 At The LightHouse, we’re gathering for a Lunch & Learn filled with connection, inspiration, and a fresh perspective. Dr. Devin will share highlights from her recent retreat in Peru, weaving in breathwork and meditation practices that bring calm and clarity. We’ll also be joined by Arlene from Borntrager Dairy, who will share her knowledge - and tasty samples - of raw milk. It’s an afternoon of food, fun, and community that will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.
