Your first official in-person Hyrox event is HERE 🎉💪🏼 On August 23rd LVL WOD gym is hosting the Hyrox PFT!

This is a completely FREE event open to all fitness levels.

We will be running heats every 10 minutes starting at 6:30AM. Clink the link below to register!

The Hyrox PFT is as follows:
1000m Run
50 Burpee Broad Jumps
100 Stationary Lunges
1000m Row
30 Hand Release Pushups
100 Wallballs 14lb/10lb
