Come experience the calming energy and strength-building practice of Tai Chi with local instructor and community member David Larsen. Whether you're curious about starting Tai Chi or simply want to explore something new, this event is a great opportunity to learn from someone passionate about its benefits.
David will share how Tai Chi can improve balance, coordination, posture, and focus—and he’ll lead a live demonstration of gentle, flowing movements and mindful breathing techniques. No experience needed—just bring your curiosity and comfortable clothing!
Wichita Oasis is a non-religious community for people to come together to connect, be inspired, and feel empowered. We meet weekly on Sunday mornings and programming may include featured speakers, live local musicians, potlucks, service projects, game days, and more.
