Chakra Soundbath and Restorative Yoga

Come experience deep levels of relaxation and peace while listening to the sounds of singing bowls and chimes being played live in the studio. Hailey will focus on the heart chakra to help strengthen your inner fire. Students are guided through an hour-long restorative yoga practice while the resonating tones of the instruments calm the body and allow it to reset and rejuvenate. Emerge feeling centered, powerful, and radiant from within. No yoga experience necessary; come get the rest and relaxation your body needs!
