Ballet Techniques for Latin Dance

Join us on Thursdays starting June 12th for our new class, Ballet Techniques for Latin Dancers! Several ballet techniques can enhance Latin social dancing (like salsa and bachata) by improving posture, balance, and movement quality. Instructor Anne Marie will teach you drills and exercises that will improve your:

Core strength and posture
Leg and foot strength
Balance and centering
Weighted steps and grounded movement
Arm and upper body movement
Footwork precision
Flexibility

No experience required! Recommended attire: Workout pants and tops. Recommended shoes: Ballet slippers, jazz flats, or socks!
