I have had some requests to add a spring foraging workshop in addition to the autumn one I offer. So here it is! Spring is an optimal time to forage as our winter food supplies are dwindling, and our gardens might not be producing too much just yet. During this workshop we’ll take a taste testing tour through the forest and orchard tasting plants that are truly wild and some that I have planted here too.
Through this workshop you will learn:
- about edible plants available in the spring,
- how to sustainably harvest these plants,
- how to use the plants safely,
- the benefits and drawbacks of each, and
- how to grow and care for the plants.

Sliding scale of $40 to $60 per person. By contributing more than the minimum amount, you help cover costs for those who are struggling. And this helps to sustain my work and livelihood.
