Hello, ladies this year we are looking forward to participating once again in the Whittier Spooktacular 5K. We had such a great time in the years past and it’s a wonderful community event to get our name out there. Whether you are an awesome runner or you prefer to walk,this is a perfect event for you. In addition, the Tri-City Cycling Chicks receive a $10 Discount.
As our usual tradition, we will wear our cycling kit without a helmet along with a yellow tutu to look like chicks. If you plan to participate, please RSVP by Wednesday, October 22nd at the latest. You can feel free to bring your spouse, friend, or family.
The cost until 10/11 is $43.40 with fees. After 10 people register, group participants will receive a $10 refund. Your fee includes:
👻Custom designed Finishers’ Medal for all runners
🎃Cash prize to top 5K finisher overall male & female
👻USATF Certified course
🎃Chip Timing
👻T-shirt - sizes are not guaranteed
🎃Pancake Breakfast after race (Free for all registered runners, $5.00 for non-registered)

🎃Computerized finish line results provided by Alliance Race Timing
👻Refreshments and Goodie Bags for all participants

Make sure you are registering under “Tri-City Cycling Chicks.” We will plan to meet at 7:00 am on the corner of Washington Blvd. And Mar Vista. Please give plenty of time to find parking in the surrounding area. There are thousands of participants in the event so parking can be challenging. The 5K starts at 8:00 am.
