✨ Winter Solstice Soothing Yoga & Dreamy Sound Bath ✨

Slow down, take a breath as you pause to surrender to winter’s stillness with this nourishing evening designed to soothe your body and mind.

The longest night of the year presents us with an invitation to turn inwards, reflect on the year passed and release what you no longer wish to carry forward.

​Sunni offers a calming blend of slow, grounding yoga, calling on the more restorative elements Hatha, the stillness of Yin and a deeply immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes and gongs.

​You’ll be guided through mindful Asana and calming Pranayama before drifting into a long, dreamy savasana as the waves of sound wash over you, melting tension, restoring balance, and inviting clarity for the season ahead.
