Come join us for a fun evening of social portrait sketching at Thirty Nine Whitstable!

This in-person event is perfect for everyone and anyone who wants a fun social night to sketch in a social setting. Grab your sketchbook and pencils and get ready to meet new people while capturing their likeness on paper. Whether you're a seasoned artist or holding a pencil for the first time in years, this event is a great way to try out portrait drawing abilities and have a blast doing it. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to connect with fellow sketchers and unleash your creativity!

Time: 6pm – 8pm

Tickets: £5 (early bird!) £8 general admission after first 20 spaces taken!

Here’s how it works:

🍷 Arrive at 6pm to grab a drink or some food, settle in, and meet your fellow sketchers!

🎨 We’ll then dive into two 35-minute rounds of speed sketching, where you'll have 5 minutes to sketch your portrait partner! With a break in between to refresh your glass, grab more food, or chat!

You’ll be paired up with others in the group, taking turns to sketch one another in short, playful bursts — the goal is fun, connection, and creativity, not “perfect” portraits!

Bring your own materials - whether its pens, pencils or paint! A sketchbook, paper, or ipad, it's all in your hands!

Expect a relaxed atmosphere, good vibes, and a night full of laughter, creativity, and new connections!
