Come Breathe with us for our first Breathwork journey at Shakti Den / Oasis Studio.
This offering is for those who already know Conscious Connected Breathwork and have attended at least one session before, either we me or another facilitator. As such it is not suitable for complete beginners.
An in-person Drop in Breathwork Journey. A beautiful space where you will breathe deeply, and use this safe technique to explore whats happening in your life.
We will briefly connect and set intentions, then complete a 55 minute Breathwork Journey. Perfect for those wishing to contine their practice.
