Chill A** Run cluB (CARB)

Chill A** Run Club starts tomorrow! This run club is for those who want to get active, be with people and have a laugh. It's gonna be...pretty chill, just less chill than sitting on your couch. Think 1.5 km circuit for walking, walk/running or running.

You. Do. Not. Need. To. Be. A. Runner.

We meet at the Natural Health Centre just before 5 PM every Wednesday until it's too cold and/or isn't fun to run outside. It's free. See you there!
