Drums Alive Classes

Come and exercise, relieve some stress and have fun. Participants must bring their own exercise ball and base (it sits in the base so it doesn't roll away). Sticks will be provided. A water bottle is highly recommended and a towel wouldn't hurt. Free will donation so nobody is left out! This is NOT designed to ne a high intensity workout, but mainly low impact so do not be afraid. A Monday morning class is possible if there is a large number of people who can only come in the morning. QUESTIONS??? Please DM.
