STREETCAR INVASION IS COMING TO WESTERN COLORADO DRAGWAY SEPTEMBER 5th and 6th 2025
FRIDAY September 5th: Friday night drags (great testing for heads up classes)
SATURDAY September 6th:
Racer gate fee $60 (one per driver per car), Spectators/crew $15, kids under 12 free.
Gate/race times TBD.
HEADS UP CLASSES:
STREET MONSTER (badest street cars around): $250 entry. 1/8 mile heads up, pro tree. Guaranteed $1000 payout+ class entries ($3500 with 10 vehicle) Vehicle must be licensed, insured, working head/tail lights, factory type roof/quarters, radiator, mandatory cruise. No tire restrictions awd/4wd welcome!
SMALL TIRE: $250 entry. 1/8 mile heads up, pro tree. Guaranteed $1000 payout+ class entries ($3500 with 10 cars). Vehicle must have factory type (material) roof/ quarters, 28x10.5 non W or smaller(275/60/15 radials and dot slicks 28" tall with 10.5" tread and smaller ok)! No wheelie bars, awd/4x4 welcome! .
Headsup classes are off the trailer, no test passes unless double entered (test pass for index class only).
INDEX CLASSES: heads up 1/4 mile protree, dont breakout.
10.0 INDEX: $40 entry. 1/4 mile heads up, protree. Guaranteed $900 80/20 split
11.0 INDEX: $35 entry. 1/4 mile heads up protree. Guaranteed $700 80/20 split
12.0 INDEX: $35 entry. 1/4 mile heads up protree. Guaranteed $600 80/20 split
13.0 INDEX: $30 entry. 1/4 mile heads up protree. Guaranteed $600 80/20 split
14.0 INDEX: $30 entry. 1/4 mile heads up protree. Guaranteed $500 80/20 split
BRACKET CLASS : $40 entry. Guaranteed $600 80/20 split. 1/4 mile, dial-in class, no delay boxes (if equipped must be zeroed out at tech and will be randomly checked). open to short wheelbase vehicles that resemble a production car. No plates/ insurance required (no rails)
INDEX CLASS RULES: Vehicles must have working lights, radiator, factory roof/quarters. No delay/throttle stops. No tire restrictions, must fit spirit of race. (Door cars, factory appearing body)
Event Rules
All vehicles/racers must pass tech for ET/Mph they plan to run/ class they plan to enter. Red light is a loss, Cross or Wall contact is a loss, breakout is a loss(in index or bracket), please practice courtesy staging (dont double bulb), other rules will be discussed at drivers meeting. This is a no-delay box event! If you do have a box it must be zeroed out at tech and will be randomly checked!! All classes are protree
