Join us for an elegant five-course culinary experience at Grace Hill Winery on Friday January 30th at 6:30 PM.
We’re thrilled to welcome Chef Patti Wilkins of Mi Sueño Enterprises, known for her vibrant flavors, refined presentations, and ability to craft dishes that feel both luxurious and deeply comforting. Each course in this exclusive dinner has been thoughtfully paired with your choice of Grace Hill sweet or dry wine, creating a warm and indulgent evening just in time for the holidays.
Course I – Fried Feta with Olive Oil
Pickled lemon, caramelized grapes, and fried fresh sage
Course II – Pomegranate & Red Cabbage Salad
Parsley, Persian cucumber, green onion, orange bell pepper, toasted walnuts, blue cheese, finished with pomegranate molasses and lemon vinaigrette
Course III – Sesame Chicken Schnitzel
Cornflake–sesame crust with a restrained honey-balsamic glaze and warm marinated beets (red wine vinegar, citrus peel, olive oil)
Course IV – Miso-Ginger & Orange Chuck Roast
Low-braised with reduced braising jus and charred carrots
Course V – Pavlova-Style Meringue Cup
Fresh tangerine cream, diced red wine–poached pear, hot honey, and pears poached in Grace Hill Winery Black Out dessert wine
