"She's got this." Self Defense Basics

Join us at the Belleville Public Library for a Basic Self-Defense Class. Chief Springer of the Belleville Police Department has graciously agreed to come teach us Self Defense 101. Our two female officers will be the ones demonstrating, and then helping you get the moves right! This is a women's only event, and the doors to the library will be locked after everyone has arrived. Please wear comfortable clothes, and there will be a waiver to sign before participating in the class. If a minor wants to participate, their guardian MUST sign a waiver for them as well. Ages 12+
