Self-Defense & Cardio Kickboxing w/ Nelson P

Come learn self-defense, safety techniques, & get your heart pumping in a fun & supportive class taught by Master Instructor, Nelson Pohoreskey. This class will incorporate his 50+ years of Martial Arts experience in Aikido, Kickboxing, Tai Chi, Boxing, Muay Thai, Wing Chun, and Hand To Hand Combat.
Nelson teaches all ages & levels with a focus on having fun, knowing your surroundings, & ultimately learning how to break free to get away safely.
