Trainer/Treadmill training with ZWIFT or ROUVY

Are you interested in indoor training this winter? Do you want to know how to best utilize your current trainer or treadmill? Are you interested upgrading to "Smart Training"? If any of these ideas sound like things your are interested in. Please join us at the Whitehouse location Monday Dec 1 at 6:30 pm. Jon and Ed will be presenting a seminar on all the new technology options available to enhance your winter training. The discussion will include: Types of trainers and different technology, advantages and dis advantages, the options for training apps and strategies for optimizing your time spent indoors.

We will have a focus on using the ZWIFT and ROUVY apps and the group training events that we have. In addition, we will be gathering feedback on how/when you would like to utilize this new tech.
