Reiki Level 1 Training

Reiki Level 1 certification training is all about self-healing. Students will learn the fundamentals of energy work, the history of Reiki, the 5 Reiki precepts, and how to enhance their personal healing through hands-on Reiki sessions.

A Reiki handbook will be provided. Students will be asked to bring a new notebook, a writing utensil, and a special object to work with during training.

Training dates are January 17 & 24 from 10am-2pm.

About the facilitators:
Halina Schriefer began her Reiki training in 2019, developing a strong, dedication for learning and living by the healing practice, completing her Reiki Master Training in 2020. She is passionate about holding the sacred origins of Reiki through the teachings of Mikao Usui.
