Outdoor Yoga Flow with Rachel McHale

Join us in our outdoor sanctuary for a bi-weekly Yoga Flow class! This is an all-levels class. Please bring a Yoga mat or towel.

**If the weather is not ideal, the class will move indoors to our studio space.

Rachel McHale began practicing yoga for the way it quieted her mind and allowed her to reconnect with her body. Through her practice she found a life giving community and a new way of being which called her to teach. Overtime we can often lose touch with our body and the childlike curiosity, but through a mindful approach, her students can become more in touch with their inner self.
