🌟 Hey Whitehorse! 🌟

I'm excited to announce that I'll be teaching Level 2 Vinyasa Yoga classes at Grace Space starting this May! 🧘‍♀️✨

This Level 2 Vinyasa Yoga class is designed for individuals who have some prior experience with yoga and are ready to move at a faster pace. Expect a dynamic, breath-linked flow with opportunities to build strength for arm balances and inversions.
