Pride By The Harbourside are thrilled to announce our next headliner will be British treasure and Eurovision icon SONIA!
Bursting onto the scene in 1989 with her chart-topping debut “You’ll Never Stop Me From Loving You”, SONIA quickly became a household name. Her infectious energy and powerhouse vocals led to a string of hits including “Can’t Forget You”, “Listen To Your Heart”, and “Counting Every Minute”.
In 1993, SONIA proudly represented the UK at Eurovision with “Better The Devil You Know”, finishing a close second and landing another Top 10 hit. The accompanying album reached number 20 in the UK charts, showcasing her enduring appeal and vocal versatility.
Sonia will officially be opening the Mott McDonald main stage at 1pm after the opening speeches.
Get ready for a pop powerhouse performance that spans decades of feel-good anthems!
