These drop-in sessions are a safe space for you to feel seen and heard. Each week, together we'll explore ways to help you support the person you care for.
If you need more support, we can also link you up with one-on-one help from our partners, such as GPs at Cumbria Health and support workers from Everyturn Mental Health.
