Join us to celebrate the launch of "The Earl"—a limited edition chef’s knife crafted by bladesmith Corey Dunlap in collaboration with celebrated chef Earl James Reynolds of Herb & Omni. Only 5 custom Damascus pieces and 15 stainless steel knives will be available. This precision-forged blade embodies the shared philosophy of two craftsmen: intentional, skillful, and built to last.

Chef Earl, a Whitefish native and James Beard nominee, is known for his playful, seasonal cuisine rooted in locally sourced ingredients. Trained in Seattle and shaped by renowned kitchens like Canlis, his creative style now shines at 101 Central, where he celebrates Montana’s bounty with heart and imagination.

Bladesmith Corey Dunlap’s journey began in Cleveland with a childhood fascination for knives and early restaurant jobs. After culinary school in Phoenix, a gifted Japanese knife shifted his focus from food to forging. Over the past decade, he has sharpened more than 100,000 blades, trained under a Master Bladesmith, and mastered the art of creating tools that merge Japanese precision with Western durability.
