Tai Chi

Tai chi is a gentle, low-impact form of exercise in which practitioners perform a series of deliberate, flowing motions while focusing on deep, slow breaths. A method of movement to cultivate a form of power that has no boundary. This Chinese art and system of calesthetics may be deemed as the ultimate source and limit of reality from which spring YIN and YANG and all of creation.
