Herbal Allies for Postpartum

Graduate of Cedar Mountain Herb School and mom herself, Lindsey Eckhoff, has designed a hands-on class for new moms. She'll share her knowledge about how herbs can be especially supportive for this vulnerable, special moment in time following childbirth. She'll guide participants through making their own herbal sitz bath and tea blend, explaining how herbs can promote uterus recovery, target overwhelm, and even boost milk supply. Take home some supportive herbal goodies along with the knowledge of how to effectively use them!
