Start the evening with a cocktail and passed hor d'voures. Following is a seated dinner, accompanied by a flight of whiskey and bourbon, hand-picked to compliment the flavors of the food. High West Brand Ambassador, Josh Novaski presents, sharing stories of the distilling process, the history of whiskey in Utah, and the inspiration behind High West's signature blends. And for a sweet finale, enjoy dessert and a perfectly paired night cap in our VIP lounge.
