Come along to our monthly Walk and Talk for Wellness at Philips Park, Whitefield 🌳

📍 Meet at The Barn

✨ Expect light conversation, connection, and calm – all while walking at a gentle, relaxed pace through nature. No experience needed – just bring yourself!

After the walk, enjoy refreshments back at The Barn and take a moment to unwind with like-minded souls.
