Let's Talk (Peri)Menopause - Basics-

As I've been learning about perimenopause and menopause through my own journey, I am finding out SO much information that I never knew because no one shared it with me. There is a lot of important information we all need to be aware so that we can give our bodies and minds the care they deserve.

Annnndd we need to take the stigma and shame out of the equation because EVERYONE with a uterus will go through this transition in their lifetime - ALL of us. This phase of our lives is so important not just while we are in it but also to ensure that we are best prepared for life as we continue to age.

So please join me for this session where I will share the 'basics' of perimenopause and menopause and we can start the discussion in our community as well as gain support.

My goal is to host multiple sessions, with a different focus at each one so I hope that these will be well attended.
