The annual RIRA Crab Feast returns for 2025! The Crab Feast is our main event of the year, and it’s just around the corner! September 27 at Portside North restaurant, 11131 Pulaski Highway, 1-4pm. It will feature large-to-extra-large steamed crabs, steamed shrimp, corn on the cob, beer, wine, sodas, water, desserts, door prizes, 50/50 drawing, and plenty of fun. We will have cookies, but please feel free to bring a dessert to share if you feel motivated. IMPORTANT: Food must be eaten on premises, NO coolers or bags allowed.
Admission reservations can be purchased on-line or by mailing a check to: RIRA, P.O. Box 196, Joppa, MD 21085 or by giving a check to one of our Board members. Be sure to include a list of all people in your party.
The cost is $35 for RIRA members and $50 for non-members. Non-member residents of the Island can join RIRA at the same time for $40 per household, which will apply to the remainder of this year and to all of 2026. If you are not sure if your dues are current, please contact us at
