Matinee w/ Dave Hill Jr. // Jack Quick // Abby K

Join us for an all-ages live music matinee at Tim's Tavern in White Center on October 4, 2025! Seating is first-come, first serve. We have a full kitchen with omnivore and vegan menus plus gluten-free options, and a robust cocktail/bar list (21+ w/ID).

Dave Hill, Jr. ( https://davehilljr.com/): Vocals, drums, keyboards. Dave has been playing drums on both coasts for over 30 years. In the 90s, he toured and recorded two albums with Inflatable Soule fronted by Peter Cornell and collaborated with many others.

Jack Quick: A pure musical talent and experienced songwriter and sideman, Jack Quick moved to Seattle in the 90s from Michigan. Jack’s former sideman duties include tours with Joy Mills Band, Silverhands, and his own bluegrass group. While touring with Silverhands, Quick became a dear friend and collaborator with GMC bassist and songwriter Mikel McDermott. Quick also made his mark on the Pioneer Square scene in the 90s with his band The Holy Endorphins which featured drummer (and now songwriter for GMC) Dave Hill Jr.

Abby K ( https://abbykmusic.com): Abby K draws upon many influences in her music from her childhood days in Kentucky and her exposure to the great American songwriters that transformed everyday stories into lyrical paintings. She conveniently short-hands her music as "Heart-Rock", as humanity is a central theme of her songs, set to soundtracks as beautiful as the Pacific Northwest landscape.
